The Partnership’s agreement took an important step forward when the Custer Gallatin National Forest released its draft Final Forest Plan in early July. There’s good news in the Forest Service’s historic recommendation to designate new wilderness in the heart of the Gallatin Range. And there’s room for improvement to fully implement our vision for the Madison and Gallatin Ranges.
